Applications for the 2019 Nisei Athletic Union basketball season are now being accepted. League play will start in January, immediately followed by NAU playoffs. Levels of play are: Masters, Aye Minor, Aye Major, Aye Plus, & AA. LONG BEACH.—The NAU State Championship basketball games were played Sunday, April 29. Foster City Flyers snatched the Aye Plus title while East Bay Court Jesters grabbed the Aye Major trophy and Blazers took Aye Minor Honors. BELL.—The Akira Komai Memorial NAU Playoffs completed its 2018 season on Sunday with four games at Bell High School. A combined thirteen points separated the first three games.
