‘Dancing for Miracles’ at OCBC
ANAHEIM — Orange Coast Optimist Club presents “Dancing for Miracles V,” a benefit dance for Asians for Miracle Marrow Matches (A3M), on Saturday, Nov. 12, at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave. in Anaheim.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Line dance lesson by Akimi at 7:30 p.m. Dance music by Kokoro at 8 p.m. (No high heels.)
Emceed by actor Aaron Takahashi, the dance will also include DJ music by Willie Nagami, games, and photo ops by Allison Kawasaki Chan Photography.
Honorary chairs are Krissy Kobata and Paul Isozaki. OCO is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
The mission of A3M, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, is to improve the health and welfare of all people by providing education and assistance while facilitating prompt access to potential marrow and blood cell donors. For more information visit www.a3mhope.org.
