‘The Taste’ Features Top Chefs

The Los Angeles Times presents “The Taste” on Labor Day weekend at Paramount Pictures Studios. Events include:

“Field to Fork” on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fresh tastes from L.A.’s best chefs, including Katsuya Uechi, CEO of Katsu-ya Group Inc. and president of the Sushi Institute of America.

“Sunday Block Party” on Sunday, Sept. 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Featuring L.A.’s best chefs and mixologists, including Rika Yukimasa, co-host of “Dining with the Chef,” a signature lifestyle and cooking program on NHK World TV.
