Hooray for Chibi!

Rafu Shimpo photo contest winners Mas and Setsuko Onoda of Cerritos with their award-winning 12-year-old Norwich terrier Chibi receive their basket of Rafu goodies. “We were so delighted that our Chibi Charlie was selected as a winner,” the Onodas said.
